1. General support

For general product questions, account help, bug reports, or onboarding support, contact support@traceboards.com.

2. Billing and account questions

TraceBoards does not currently offer in-app billing or a payment gateway. For questions about future paid plans, refunds, or account billing once paid features are introduced, contact support@traceboards.com. You can also review the Refund Policy.

3. Account and data deletion

To request account deletion or deletion of workspace data, email privacy@traceboards.com from the email address associated with your TraceBoards account. Review the Data Deletion Policy before sending a request.

4. Privacy requests

For privacy questions, access requests, export requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact privacy@traceboards.com.

5. Security reports

If you believe you found a security issue, account exposure, data isolation issue, or vulnerability, contact security@traceboards.com. Please avoid publicly disclosing the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
