Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of TraceBoards, a SaaS app for managing clients, tasks, follow-ups, waiting items, manual payment tracking, and related productivity workflows.

By creating an account or using TraceBoards, you agree to these Terms. If you use TraceBoards on behalf of a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age required by applicable law in India.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify support@traceboards.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

TraceBoards provides tools for creating, organizing, and managing client records, contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, follow-ups, waiting items, manual payment tracking, reports, and workspace collaboration. TraceBoards does not currently provide AI features or an online payment gateway for collecting money from your clients.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in TraceBoards, including client data, notes, tasks, contact details, files, workspace content, and related records.

You grant TraceBoards permission to process your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and support the service.

TraceBoards may offer free access today and paid plans in the future. There is currently no in-app checkout or payment gateway. If paid subscriptions are introduced, billing terms will be disclosed before charges apply and will be governed by the Refund Policy and any checkout terms shown at purchase.

If paid plans are introduced, refunds and cancellations will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

You may use TraceBoards only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other users, service providers, customers, and third parties.

• Illegal activity, abuse, harassment, spam, phishing, or fraud.
• Uploading malware or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Scraping, overloading, disrupting, or reverse engineering the service.
• Uploading content without necessary rights or permissions.
• Using the service for harmful, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to access another user's workspace, account, or data without authorization.

TraceBoards may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

TraceBoards may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database, email, security, backups, and other operations needed to run the product. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using TraceBoards at any time.

TraceBoards, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by KRUXX Tech Services Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TraceBoards to you.

TraceBoards is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraceBoards and KRUXX Tech Services Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email, in-app notice, or website update.
