Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how TraceBoards handles refunds and cancellations today, and how paid plans will work if they are introduced later.

1. Overview

TraceBoards is currently available without an online payment gateway or in-app checkout. You can create and use an account without being charged through TraceBoards at this time. This policy explains our current position and the rules that will apply if paid subscription plans are introduced in the future.

2. Current free access

At present, TraceBoards does not process subscription payments inside the product. Pricing shown on the website describes planned or future plans and does not by itself create a charge. If you have not been billed through TraceBoards, there is no payment to refund.

3. Future paid plans

If TraceBoards introduces paid plans later, billing terms, plan features, taxes, renewal dates, and cancellation options will be shown before you are charged. We will update this policy and related legal pages before paid billing goes live.

4. Cancellation

If paid subscriptions are introduced, you will be able to cancel future renewals through the billing method made available at that time, or by contacting support@traceboards.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless stated below or required by applicable law.

5. Refund eligibility

If paid plans are introduced, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of payment, subject to review and applicable law. Approval may depend on account activity, plan usage, duplicate charges, technical issues, or billing error evidence.

6. Non-refundable cases

Unless required by applicable law, refunds may not be available for partial billing periods, unused time after cancellation, promotional plans, account misuse, violations of the Terms, or requests submitted outside 7 days of payment.

7. How to request a refund

If you believe you were charged incorrectly after paid billing is enabled, contact support@traceboards.com from the email address associated with your TraceBoards account. Include your account email, receipt or invoice details, payment date, and reason for the request.
